Why is Pip to be arrested in chapter 57? Why doesn't he go to jail? Who helps Pip and in what ways? What do we find out conceding Miss Havisham and Orlick?

Pip is in trouble with his creditors. He isn't arrested because he's very sick. Joe comes and nurses him back to health. Miss. Havisham died, and Orlick was put in jail because he broke into Pumblechook's house.
