Rosalind and Celia are discussing how it really sucks to be women. They do this in a tongue a cheek way using Fortune as a metaphor for a God who gives her gifts to men and not women.

"would we could do so, for her benefits are mightily misplaced, and the bountiful blind woman doth most mistake in her gifts to women..."
