Does Syracuse University consider the writing portion of the SAT? Do they recommend students to take SAT subject tests? Also, can i get in Early Decision without taking an interview?

Many schools don't consider the writing portion of the SAT. Do they honestly consider it at Syracuse? Also, will i have a chance to get into Syracuse Early Decision even without an interview. I've toured the school but never got the chance for an interview.
