PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE ANSWER THIS ONE IS REALLY SHORT

Mensch means person of integrity and honour. The relevance of the word Mensch and Macho is that they are translated differently by different people or culture, for instance Hispanics understand a Mensch or Macho Man as to be responsible, hardworking and a patriach.Where as Americans see a Mensch or Macho Man as a chauvinist, selfish, brute and capable of inflicting pain.
