Percy Jackson,

A dyslexic and ADHD student of Yancy Academy, has discovered a terrible fate: His father is one of the Big Ones (Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades). Percy is the son of Poseidon, the sea god.

Percy Jackson, a boy who is constantly getting kicked out of schools, is invited to this camp called Camp Half Blood. Percy meets many other kids, whom they all don't know who they're immortal parents are. Luke Castellan, a boy who is the son of Hermes, in the first book, teaches Percy things, such as monsters, gods, demigods, and all of those other things as well.

Luke is a skilled swordsman, and was the head of the Hermes cabin at Camp Half-Blood.

Annabeth Chase is the daughter of Athena, is a planner and strategist, whom she wants to be an architect when she grows up. Percy finds out that he stole Zeus's master bolt, even though Hades (God of the Dead, Ruler of the Underworld) stole it, but Zeus blames Percy for stealing his symbol of power.

Percy Jackson

Perseus 'Percy' Jackson, is a 12 year old boy having ADHD and dyslexia. His life take a new turn the day he finds out his maths teacher was a monster from Hades's underworld and attacks Percy, suspecting that he took the master bolt of Zeus. All fuzzed up, Percy reaches Camp Half-Blood, a place where demigods are trained and protected from the monsters. Later, he comes to know that he is the demigod son of Poseidon, the sea god and also gets to know that he has powers to control water. He is blamed for the theft of Zeus' master bolt when he has no idea about what is going on. Percy Jackson: The Lightening Thief is about Percy going on a quest with his friends, Annabeth (Daughter of Athena) and Grover (Satyr), to rescue his mother from Hades and to find and return the master bolt to Zeus.
