"This is truly the land of opportunity" of course Miss Hurd was the catalyst for this opportunity.

The title of one of the author's books sums this up. He called it " A Place for Us" his father's story.

Some of my words would be, "inspirational", "indomitable spirit" , "achieving dreams", "strong work ethic".
