who was more honest in animal farm? Napoleon or farmer jones?

In some ways both acted the same way; they were self-serving and wanted what they wanted above the needs of anyone else. By the end, however, we think Jones was no less hones because he was simply acting like a drunk who had many typical human failings. Napoleon, on the other hand, was incredibly dishonest using Squealer to twist the truth whenever it suited his own needs.
