Amos Fortune, Free Man

Today some people feel that Amos Fortune was too compliant, accepting a servant’s role and not complaining about unequal treatment. Do you agree? How do you think Amos Fortune would respond to those people?

This question calls for your opinion, there is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, Amos wouldn't "ansswer" to anyone, he would share his religion and beliefs, and he would know that his actions were aligned with the teachings of the Bible, which he believed in.
