How does Francie observe the world of Brooklyn differntly from her family and other people she comes to know?

Francie loves her neighbourhood. She doesn't see it as poor or downtrodden. She has a routine which involves errands, going to the library and watching her neighbours. It isn't until other people tell her that her neighbourhood is less than desirable that Francie reflects on this.
