When Blanche says she doesn’t see “the stamp of genius” on Stanley’s forehead, Stella remarks “it isn’t on his forehead, and it isn’t genius” that will get him ahead. What does she mean?

Stella is referring to Stanley's ambition and his willingness to work hard for what he wants. He won't use his brain.... he uses his muscles.
