O'brien asks Winston and Julia what they would be willing to do for the brotherhood (p.172) would you be willing to do all theses things if you were in there situation? Explain.

I probably would not be bold enough to join the brotherhood. I'd also be really skeptical about it's existence despite what O'Brien claims.  I think that Winston wanted it to exist so badly that he suspended his normally critical intellect. I certainly could not through acid in a child's face!
