Describe the setting of Winston and Julia's first sexual encounter. How does it differ from the setting of the rest of the movie? Why might this be significant?

Orwell's Film Version
Julia and Winston meet in a meadow. It is there they have the sexual contact. It contrasts the very grey industrial spaces they are used to in the city. Their primal passions are unleashed in a natural setting. There is a sense of freedom here that is juxtaposed with the sense of surveillance in their room above Mr. Charington's shop.
