Pepa Marcos
The protagonist of the film is Pepa, who works as a TV actress. At the beginning of the film, her boyfriend Ivan breaks up with her. She is left devastated by the breakup, but as the film progresses she strengthens her character and discovers she is better off without him.
Ivan
Ivan is a voice actor who worked dubbing over foreign films. He breaks up with Pepa and prepares to run away with Paulina. At the end of the film, he asks for Pepa back but she refuses.
Candela
Candela is Pepa's troubled friend. At one point in the film, she jumps off a balcony and also reveals she had previously dated a terrorist.
Carlos
Carlos is Ivan's son from a previous relationship. He is looking for an apartment with his partner when he arrives at Pepa's penthouse.
Marisa
Marisa is Carlos's partner. She is depicted as a snobby character on the whole and isn't very likable.
