Whom does Heathcliff blame for Catherine's impending death? Does he seem to offer forgiveness?

Heathcliff blames Catherine, "You deserve this. You have killed yourself." He goes on to say,"I forgive what you have done to me. I love my murderer — but yours! How can I?"
