Nelly begins to think of Hindley as a child. Nelly suddenly sees a young boy after thinking about Hindley. Nelly’s vision causes her to become superstitious and believe that Hindley is in danger of dying. She feels the urge to see if he is all right, so she makes her way towards Wuthering Heights. When she arrives she realizes that the boy she had seen was not Hindley, but Hareton, the language that is used is that of vivid and descriptive wording.
