If you were the author of wonder, what would you change in the story?

This is really looking for your opinion rather than mine. I might not make the ending as "happy" in the book, only because I am a little more pessimistic about society in general. I completely respect the ending in the book, and I can see why the book has done so well.

In fact I have no idea
