How has the main character changed through the story

White Fang changes constantly, as he's force to adapt and assimilate into new circumstances over and over again. He's wild and free, he's smart, he learns to assert his independence, he learns when to back down..... and when to stand up. Over the course of the novel, he serves his master in the Inian camp..... and later, he learns to share his loyalty for no other reason than love (Weedon Scott).
