samuel beckett too

Most of the humor is situational, and depends heavily on the actors to provide facial expressions and physical action in additional to the dialogue to make the play funny. For instance, at the very beginning we find Estragon trying to pull off his boot - this action only becomes funny when he hams up the action of looking inside once he succeeds in removing the boot from his foot.
