In uncle toms cabin who is Mr.Bulter of Oakland, Shelby Country? Why does he invite Mr.Wilson to his room/

Mr. Butler is actually George. He has a darker Spanish complexion but can pass as a "white man". George tells his story to Wilson. Mr. Wilson isn't moved enough to help George but does give him some money and promises to give his wife Eliza a pin should he not make it to freedom.

I don't get it... and so I have anxiety attacks. (sorry. Not what this is about.)
