Orsino speaks these lines in act 2, scene 4. Orsino is deeply in love with Olivia, to whom he sent Cesario to declare his love to her. However, Cesario is really Viola, who is in love with Orsino. Orsino and Viola, disguised as Cesario, discuss whether men or women love more deeply.
