I cannot make a chart for you, but Viola falls in love with Orsino.

Orsino falls in love with Olivia, quickly followed by Viola.

Olivia falls in love with Cesario (Viola), and then subsequently falls in love with Sebastian.

Sir Toby falls for Maria, whom he marries.
