it makes the story feel more like a child is telling it, and allows for the events to unfold more dramatically.
U wish, it's told because Dr. Livesey and the squire asked Jim to in the beginning... Duh...
agreed.. totally ^^
okay but it's told by Jim because he's inexperienced and so yes it gives it a much more dramatic effect from his eyes and the way he views everything compared to the pirates who have been through these things before.
