What activities do Cole and Edwin do to help Cole release his anger?

1) swimming in the freezing pond

2) Climbing the slope with the ancestor rock and then letting the rock roll back down the hill......... like letting his anger roll away.

Cole is encouraged to dance and carry much of the workload himself. Cole is encouraged to commune with nature and take things like ice baths in the frigid ocean.
