I'm sorry, this is a short-answer forum for text specific questions. This question calls for your opinion, and it seems to be based upon other material you've covered in class. In my opinion, there isn't a "typical" young person who commits a crime. Cole, however, had a troubled life. He was beaten and abused.... in response, he beat and abused others. Note, there are any number of abused young people who do not react by inflicting their pain on others.
