On Page 31 in my text, Cole goes over the events in his childhood that led him to become the person he is. The terrible things in Cole's life included; loneliness, being bullied, teased and arrested. Cole laughs at the number of times he was beatedn by his father, ignored by his mother in her drunkeness...... these things were the ingredients in his cake,
