How does Cole feel about death, when Cole says he's ok what does he mean by this?

In saying he's okay, Cole is sharing that he has come to see and understand the circle of life.... and has come to see that living is a good thing, something to be embraced. He is referring to his spiritual well being.... not his phyiscal health.
