Do you think that Cole's suggestion is a good idea? Why or why not?

Cole tells Edwin that he thinks Peter should come to the island with him to heal.Edwin questions if Cole has really changed and is ready for this. By this point in the novel I think Cole is more self-aware and humbled by his experience.He has begun to reflect and take responsibility for his own actions. Making amends with Peter should be the next step on his journey. It is time for him to share the healing with his old victim.
