Cole and Peter would be an interesting contrast. Initially Cole is the violent bully and Peter is the victim. As Cole begins to take responsibility for his own anger, he begins to understand Peter's own pain is perhaps not unlike his own. Peter is also filled with anger and we get the sense this is not only because of his beating from Cole. When Peter visits Cole on the island, Peter becomes a reflection of Cole before his healing journey. Peter is angry and frustrated. Cole lets Peter unleash his anger. I think Peter begins to notice that Cole has changed. Cole models a better way for Peter to handle his issues and Peter slowly begins to heal, much like Cole did.
