Why do you think it's a sin to kill a mockingbird? What signifies this? Uncle Jack Finch mentioned this...what chapter? 9 I think? Help ASAP!!!

It is a sin to kill a mockingbird because a mockingbird is an example of beautiful nature which should always be revered and never hurt. The mockingbird provides beauty through its song and its natural appearance; of course it is a sin to kill it.
