To Kill a Mockingbird

Why did Boo's father lock him in the house and took his life away? Why did he do this? What was his behavior? (Boo's behavior), and why did Boo's brother Nathan Radley take over after Mr. Radley died?

Mr. Boo Radley was accused of a serious crime, so his father locked him in the house, and took his life away. That was the same year Mr. Radley died, and Boo's brother Nathan took over. It has never been the same for Boo.

That is correct. Boo's dad locked his son in the house.
