Book:

Calpurnia goes to the court during the trial of Tom Robinson and tells Atticus that Jem and Scout are not at home. He then realizes that they have been sneaking into the colored balcony to watch him.

Movie:

She doesn't go and Atticus is seen walking home after the trial with Jem and Scout. No mention is made of if he knew they were there or not.
