What REALLY happened? How do you know?

I think readers know that Bob Ewell is lying. From the testimony and Bob Ewell's background, the reader can piece together that Bob Ewell raped his own daughter and blamed it on Tom Robinson. Bob is counting on a white jury to side with him even though he is lying.
