what is the only good thing about second grade for scout?
Scout really doesn't find much improvement in grade two. She is still well ahead of her classmates in every possible way. The only improvement over first grade is that she now gets out of school at the same time as Jem. Scout likes this as she struggles to remain close to Jem as he changes from boy into young adolescent.
