what is the climax of this story ? "to kill a micking bird ?

You are right, the climax is the high point. I would say that much of the tension culminates with the Tom Robinson verdict. As well there is the climax of the secondary story between Scout, Jem and Boo Radley. This is when Boo saves the children from Bob Ewell.
