what does scout think of her school’s new style of education? What does this failing shiw us about adults?

Scout doubts that the new educational system is really doing her any good - she is bored and wishes that her teacher would allow her to read and write, rather than do silly activities geared toward "Group Dynamics" and "Good Citizenship." This failing shows adults that they underestimate the power of young minds.
