It is a testament to this novel that generations of readers cherish the themes and characters to this day. Themes of tolerance, empathy, kindness, and humbleness never go out of style. Our world, more than ever, faces great divides. Much stress, anger, and ignorance come out of these differences. This book, particularly the character of Atticus, still teach us that doing the right thing is our duty despite the challenges that it may cause.
