To Kill a Mockingbird

Tone in TKAM?

I know I have asked a lot of questions but this is the last question in my packet of 20!

Describe the tone in three different sections and explain how the authors tone creates a specific mood in her readers.

There are a variety of different tones in To Kill a Mockingbird. First and foremost, we have Scout's naive perspective, and everything else rolls off of that. Her outlook on school and education os humorous...... her view of Aunt Alexandra is ironinc...... her tone when Atticus killed the mad dog was one of awe and disbelief.
