How are the dynamics among Scout, Jem, and Dill changing?

Jem is growing up but still enjoys Dill's company. Scout is feeling left out, as the boys are not including her the way they used to. Note, when Dill runs away, it is Scout that hides him. Jem's budding maturity leads him to tell Atticus of Dill's situation.
