Summarize Heck Tate’s testimony. From his point of view, what happened on the night of November 21? Why did he arrest Tom Robinson?

Tate does not give his point of view. He merely states the facts, although, he did find it strange that a doctor hadn't been called to check on Mayella. Tom Robinson was arrested because Mayella identified him as her assailant. When asked to describe Mayella's injuries, Tate described what he saw, and when pressed..... he admitted that whoever beat Mayella had done so with his left hand.
