In chapter 14, Why does Aunt Alexandra think Calpurnia should be dismissed and how does Atticus respond

Aunt Alexandra believes that Scout needs a refined feminine influence from good Southern white pedigree. Calpurnia, as the black housekeeper does not meet her criteria. On another note, Alexandra also seems to be a bit jealous of the relationship the children have with Calpurnia. Atticus responds that Calpurnia is a valued member of the family and he will not get rid of her.
