like her son, Mrs. Radley is rarely seen outside. How might Mr. Radley's religious views explain this fact?

There is not a lot about Mr. Radley's religious views. Most everyone in Maycomb was a Christian though Mr. Radley does not even attend church because that would involve socializing. Mr. Radley just wants the public to leave his family alone. It would seem that he wants his family isolated from others.
