Scout doesn't have a problem with Walter. In fact, she does everything possible to help resolve Walter's problems with Miss Caroline.... please check your question.

Actually,

she does have a problem with him and does not like him all that well but there is no problem to be solved for there disagreements are not direct they just do particularly care for each other.
