In chapter 15 what conflicts surface in this chapter- for Atticus, Tom Robison, the mob, scout and jem? What resolves the immediate conflict?

Conflicts of the right to justice versus vigilante justice comes up. Also the fact of human justice values vs mob mentality come into play. Of course racism is another big theme. Scout is able to solve the immediate conflict by reminding Mr. Cunningham about what he is really doing.
