In chapter 14 what is the root conflict dill has with his family? What affect does this have on dill?

Dill has a mother and stepfather who don't have time for him. They buy him things but don't give him any nurturing. The closest thing dill has toa family are the Finch famy and his aunt. This is why he runs away.
