Lula is the angry African-American woman who confronts Calpurnia when she brings Jem and Scout to the First Purchase A.M.E. Church.

Lula is the woman at the "black" church that Calpurnia takes the white children to. She criticizes Calpurnia for bringing the children, probably reflecting a kind of fear blacks might have to have the white children there. The rest of the congregation does not react in the same way, however, probably because Atticus has a fine reputation.

Oh, she is angry that Calpurnia has brought white children, that Lula feels Cal works for, to a black church.
