Why is Cal upset with Scout when Walter comes to lunch?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by Scout's language, but her manners are sorely lacking. When Scout gives Walter a difficult time about the amount of molasses he pours on his food.... Calpurnia is quick to take Scout out of the room and reprimand her for being rude to their guest.
