Here are two similarities between Scout and Lee in To Kill a Mockingbird

Scout is raised in Maycomb County, a fictional town in Alabama very similar to Monroe County where Harper Lee was raised.

Both Scout and Lee were advanced students for their ages, learning to read and write before the other students in their classes.

I believe that Dill Harris is based on a childhood acquaintance of Harper Lee . . . by the name of Truman Capote.
