Example of Bravery

Bravery (courage) is exemplified in a number of ways throughout the novel. First, there is physical bravery.... illustrated by Atticus' actions with Tim Johnson the rabid dog. Second, we have Mrs. Dubose, who shows bravery in dying.... in breaking her morphine habit and dying with dignity. Lastly, Atticus shows courage when he defends Tom Robinson, even after he and his family were threatened.
