To Kill a Mockingbird

Discuss the idea developed about the effect or impact a significant experience on an individuals life.

This question is the topic for our final essay in To Kill a Mocking bird due in 3 days and I have very little time ot work on it as I am very busy. I wanted to answer this with the 3 stages of the loss of innocence, a theme in the novel (by Harper Lee). I wanted to relate this topic to scout, each stage being a body paragraph. The stages are 1. innocence 2. traumatic event 3. Experience. I know the innocence and traumatic event (traumatic event is witnessing the tom robinson case?) but where does the experience show?
