According to Scout, Calpurnia called the Hot Steam superstition that Jem and Dill describe “nigger-talk.”* What does Calpurnia mean?

Calpurnia is alluding to the fact that the "hot-steam" superstition in foolishness. She doesn't want Scout talking that way...... thus, this is her way of reprimanding her.
